In A Single Shard Tree Ear went through many difficulties. These made him a stronger person. Does he live up to the mission statement of our school? Does he live virtuously and compassionately, think critically, and act responsibly? How do you know that? Choose one of the three parts of the mission statement and using 2 or 3 examples from the story, show how Tree Ear would make a good student at our school.
